Holly was nothing short of amazing throughout our relocation and home buying experience. Our family relocated to Bend, Oregon from Honolulu, Hawaii for work and Holly provided us with insightful guidance on the different neighborhoods and areas in Bend and Redmond, as well as on the housing market in the area. She work diligently to help us find "the right home" for our family and led us through our first home-buying experience with grace, understanding and knowledge. Holly went out of her way to show me different properties and neighborhoods in Bend and Redmond during my visit to the area for my job interview. She scheduled and planned our 2-day home/neighborhood tour while I was in the area and chauffeured me around.

Based on our needs/wants in a home and neighborhood, Holly was able to locate our property (which wasn't even on the market yet) and provide us with a virtual tour of the property and home. She hit the mark on all of our asks! We made an offer the same day as virtually touring the home, and our offer was accepted the next day. We never thought that we'd buy a home over the internet, but we had so much trust and faith in Holly and her ability to listen to our needs and wants, and to match them to the right home. When we finally closed on the property, we were not disappointed one bit. In fact, the neighborhood was even better than we could've hope for with lots of families, charm, a neighborhood park and more. Our home-buying experience was smooth and simple as Holly took the time to explain each part of the process, answered all of our questions, and helped to recommend an excellent local finance team for our home loan.
